Yes! Follow the instructions below to transfer your pass to another person safely -
1. Go into your Leap confirmation email to access the original order
2. Next to the name for each product, click the black "EDIT" button to update the name on the ticket
3. Enter the name of the person to whom you are transferring the ticket and hit "Update Name"
4. Next, click the "Product Options" button to select how to send the ticket to your friend. You can choose to -
- a. Print and physically give them the QR code voucher to bring to the event, or
- b. Send the QR code by text or email to them
We recommend doing both so your friend has the most confidence to use the ticket safely.
