Tampa Bay Comic Convention events have a no-refund policy. Please make other arrangements for your ticket-such as gifting it. Tampa Bay Comic Convention's policy is no resale of Tickets, Photo Ops, Autographs, or other GrowTix products to protect Dan Farr Productions from the fraudulent sale of tickets.
If you have any issues with updating, upgrading, exchanging, or swapping your tickets, please contact us HERE.
You can transfer or gift your tickets to somebody else. Follow the instructions below to safely transfer your pass to another person -
1. Go into your GrowTix confirmation email to access the original order
2. Next to the name for each product, click the "Edit" button to update the name on the ticket
3. Enter the name of the person to whom you are transferring the ticket and click "Update Name"
4. Next, click the "Product Options" button to select how to send the ticket to your friend. You can choose to -
- a. Print and physically give the QR code voucher to them to bring to the event
- b. Send a text message with the QR code to their phone number
We recommend doing both so your friend has the maximum confidence to be able to use the ticket safely.
