Your Photo Op Voucher is a digital coupon and needs to be Upgraded/Swapped towards a Photo Op with a specific celebrity to be redeemed. All vouchers need to be redeemed online before the event.
Photo Op Voucher CAN NOT be combined.
Your digital Photo Op voucher can be turned into a Photo Op with your Dream Guest with the following steps -
- Access your Tampa Bay Comic Convention 2024 Product order confirmation in your email.
- Next to each Photo Op Voucher in your order, select the "REDEEM or UPDATE" button to use your voucher for your photo op.
3. After using the "REDEEM OR UPDATE" button, choose the Celebrity Photo Op on which you want to use your voucher.
4. You will then be taken to the payment portion of Leap to pay the remainder of your upgraded Photo Op information.
5. Next, you can Print or send the QR code to your phone.
6. It is a good idea to "Send to Phone" to receive text message updates about the Photo Op on your phone.
7. We recommend printing the QR code confirmation page for your Photo Op and bringing it to the Celeb Photo Ops area at your assigned time to help volunteers scan your credentials as quickly and surely as possible.
8. Check the Tamapa Website and the mobile app for your scheduled Photo op time with your Celebrity often, as schedule changes are posted there.
